An order counts as accepted once:

  • You have received an order confirmation email.

If we have to cancel or amend an order, for example because of a stock shortage or a pricing error, we will contact you using the details you gave at checkout. Where payment has already been taken, we refund it in full.

All purchases are for personal use and may not be bought for resale.

Depending on where your order ships, U.S. sales tax may be added at checkout in line with the relevant state and local tax rules.

You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for orders placed on our website.

If a payment is declined or flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may void the order.

9. Relationship with Shopify

This store runs on Shopify. Shopify supplies the e-commerce platform but is not a party to your purchase. Responsibility for sales, delivery, returns and customer support rests entirely with Elovette.
