What is Elovette?

Is shipping really free?
It is. Standard shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum spend. No surprises at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Most parcels arrive within 6-11 business days, Monday to Friday. You'll get a tracking link the moment yours is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we're focused on getting the US experience right. If that ever changes, you'll hear it from us first.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to send something back, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. To get started, email us at:

When do I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue the refund within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post the credit.
Can I swap for another size?
Absolutely. Mention the size or style you would prefer in your return email and we will walk you through it.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal Wallet, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments. Every payment is encrypted and handled securely.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your privacy and security come first. Elovette uses secure checkout technology and never stores your card details.
My order hasn't arrived, what now?
Check your tracking link first. If more than 11 business days have passed and there is still no parcel, email us at:

We will chase it straight away.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If it has not shipped yet, often we can. Get in touch as soon as possible after ordering and we will do what we can.
